By downloading or using Begin Again ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Begin Again provides motivational prompts and action steps designed to help users interrupt negative thought patterns. The App is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice.

Subscriptions

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription:

• Monthly subscription at $0.99/month
• Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The content within the App is for motivational and informational purposes only. We are not licensed therapists, counselors, or medical professionals. Limitation of Liability

RemiCLAW and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
