How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Begin Again, then Cancel Subscription. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Begin Again, tap Take One Step until the paywall appears, then tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID.

Does the app track my data?

No. Begin Again collects zero personal data. Your stats are stored locally on your device. We have no access to any of it.

What is the difference between Gentle and Hard mode?

Gentle mode offers warm, encouraging prompts. Hard mode is direct and blunt, like a coach who will not let you off the hook. Both lead to action. Pick the tone that works for you in the moment.

Is this a replacement for therapy?

No. Begin Again is a motivational tool, not a mental health service. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
